Roger Castillo is an award-winning director, producer, editor, director of photography and writer with 24 years experience in documentary, industrial, commercial, and corporate communications. His writing and producing credits include documentary work which has aired on regional PBS and commercial work which has aired nationally. His shooting credits include work for Turner Sports, Lifetime Network, The History Channel, A Current Affair, A&E, E! – Entertainment, ESPN Deportes, and a multitude of other clients and for a vast array of subject matters.
Roger served as President of the Board of Directors of the Southwest Alternate Media Project, which is a Houston based nonprofit regional media arts center committed to the production, promotion, and presentation of film and video as art forms to a multi-cultural public. He now serves as an advisory board member. Roger was a founding board member of the Texas Motion Picture Alliance. He is also currently a member of NALIP, the National Association of Latino Independent Producers and a member of WACC, the World Association for Christian Communication.
